The best part of a good gravy is being able to use drippings from whatever piece of meat you are cooking. For those of us who cook mostly lean meats, there really isn't much for drippings. BUT - problem solved ... a gravy that tastes like the real deal, without the excessive fat content. It fooled by comfort-food-high-fat-content-loving husband, it'll do the same for your family!
You only need a few simple ingredients and about five minutes to put this gravy together! We put a generous helping over my low-fat turkey meatballs which sat on top of my dairy-free mashed potatoes for an amazing comfort food meal, remade in a healthy manner!
All of the flavor, none of the guilt!
This is the easiest gravy recipe you'll want to keep saved so you can pull it out anytime you need a delicious sauce to pour over a dish!
